Welcome

My name is Stephanie McCants and I am thrilled to be a part of Ridgeland Secondary Academy of Excellence and Jasper County Career and Advanced Technolgy Education Center. As a Career Development Facilitator, I am passionate about helping students explore their career options and develop the skills they need to be successful. I believe that every student has unique talents and interest, and my goal is to support them in discovering and pursuing their aspirations.

 

In my role, I provide guidance on college and career planning, resume building, and interview preparation. I am dedicated to creating a positive and supportive environment where students feel empowered to make informed decisions about their future. Outside of work, I enjoy attending sporting events which helps me to connect with students on a personal level. I look forward to working with each of you to navigate the exciting paths ahead.
