Computer and Information Systems Security/ Information Assurance Program

 


The computer and Information System Security (CISS) or information Assurance program is designed to prepare students to learn about the fundamentals principles of cybersecurity.  Which includes threats identification, risk management and security protocol.    The curriculum covers a wide range of technical skills such as cryptography, network security, application security, data protection and digital forensics. 

 

 The program integrated industry recognized certifications such at TestOut and Tosa, which can enhance the student's employability even before they are graduated.  After graduation students can pursue various roles, including information security analyst, cybersecurity engineer, network architect and more.  The demand for cybersecurity is growing rapidly, with opportunities in both private and public sector.
