After learning about financial literacy concepts such as income, taxes, savings, and budgeting in class, students visit the JA Finance Park® simulation. They work with volunteers to practice what they have learned by making decisions about how to spend and save in 20 areas. By the end of the experience, they will have created and followed a monthly budget and will understand how to reach their financial goals while living within their means.

We celebrated my office professional on Tuesday, April 29th. I'm so very grateful for Mrs. Azaviea Marshall. She keeps us together and works tirelessly to ensure both my students and staff have everything we need.

Due to the forecast of very high winds up to 50 MPH during the morning hours, which is problematic for bus travel, and potential for tornados tomorrow, we will be canceling school and all afternoon activities for Wednesday, March 5, 2025.

Due to the forecasted winter storm and the potential for ice and snow accumulation, Jasper County School District will hold a half-day session on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. All evening athletic activities will be rescheduled for a later date.
